Work at the HOLY ENERGY warehouse of an online store in Poland (Słubice)

Rate: 23 PLN/netto – students 27.70 PLN/netto

Working hours per month: 220-260

​

Responsibilities:

• working with a scanner;

• order picking according to the invoice;

• preparing orders for dispatch to stores;

• receiving goods;

• quality control.

​

Full training provided upon arrival.

Advantages: Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience in this field are NOT required.

Requirements:

• willingness to learn and work;

• age from 18 to 55.

No work experience or knowledge of Polish needed!

Conditions:

• accommodation in the city: 3-4 people per room (cost 550 PLN/month), if you arrange your own accommodation, an additional 2 PLN per hour will be added to your rate.

• the employer provides sandwiches and a canteen with all amenities! Microwave, kettles, lockers. The warehouse has a pleasant atmosphere, it's a warm warehouse!

• transportation provided by car (with the possibility of using it for personal purposes outside of working hours), cost 100 PLN per month (having a category B driver's license will be an advantage).

• health insurance;

• assistance from a coordinator in Ukrainian and Russian;

• contract type – umowa zlecenia;

• assistance in obtaining a residence card (temporary residence permit) and a wojewódzkie permit (type A work permit).

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 - 12 hours in 2 shifts from 6:00 / from 14:00, sometimes working on Saturday.

• 2 breaks (during a 12-hour shift): 1 - 15 minutes; (one break during an 8-hour shift) 2 - 30 minutes.

• 210-320+ working hours per month.

❗The schedule may change depending on the workload of the warehouse – from 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours per shift❗

Salary:

• Rate: 23 PLN net.

• Monthly from 5000 to 7700 PLN net;

• Rate for students under 26 with a certificate from an educational institution – 27.0 PLN/hour net. Monthly earnings can reach up to 7700 PLN net;

• Bonuses from 200 to 1000 PLN per month; additional premium for working more than 3 months - 200 PLN gross; for 6 months or more - 300 PLN gross (no absences).

• Salary is paid once a month;

• advances after the first week worked.
