Warehouse Worker Needed for Fruit Warehouse in Trujmiescie!

City: Dobrzewino (near Gdansk)

Responsibilities:

• Performing operational tasks in the warehouse: unloading, receiving goods, order picking, loading goods.

• Monitoring deliveries, proper placement of products in the warehouse.

• Arranging products and packaging.

• Controlling the quantity of goods.

• Ensuring product quality.

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.

• Training is provided, and instructions are given upon arrival.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work.

• Age between 18 and 55.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Knowledge of Polish language.

Conditions:

• Accommodation: 3-4 people per room (cost of 350 PLN per month), compensation of +1 PLN to the hourly rate for providing own accommodation.

• Free transfer to and from work for those residing in our accommodation.

• Free medical insurance.

• Warehouse temperature is 10 degrees (comfortable temperature - employees wear fleece jackets - clothing is provided!).

• The employer provides coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and a canteen with all amenities! Microwave ovens, kettles, cabinets are available. The warehouse has a pleasant atmosphere and an understanding and honest owner.

• Coordinator assistance in Ukrainian and Russian languages; here, you will be heard and promptly assisted.

• Contract type: umowa zlecenia (contract for specific task).

• Assistance in obtaining a residence card (karta pobytu) and a voivodeship permit (zezwolenie wojewódzkie) type A.

Working Schedule:

• 6 days per week, Sunday to Friday/Monday to Saturday, 8-10 hours per shift in 3 shifts: 8:00 am, 2:00 pm, 10:00 pm.

• 180-200 working hours per month.

• The schedule may vary depending on the warehouse's workload - 8-10 hours per shift.

Salary:

• Hourly rate: 22 PLN net.

• Hourly rate for students up to 26 years old with a certificate from an educational institution: 27.70 PLN net per hour. 

• Salary is paid once per month.

• Advances are provided after the first week of work.

❗If you are under 26 years old and a student from Ukraine or Poland, you will need to provide a certificate from your educational institution and a sworn translation into Polish. After that, your hourly rate will be 27.70 PLN net.
