📋 Your Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of recruitment processes, from creating job advertisements to conducting interviews

• Ongoing employee support, including onboarding and adaptation of new team members

• Managing employee benefits and supporting staff development

• Organizing company events and fostering a positive team atmosphere

• Regular employee evaluations and report preparation

• Experience in HR (minimum one year in a similar position)

• Communication skills and ease in building relationships
