Warm Warehouse Job in Branded Clothing in Bydgoszcz!

City: Bydgoszcz (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship).

Needed: men, women, and couples.

Rate: 23.50 - 23.00 zl/hour net – students 28.50 - 28.10 zl/hour net!

Responsibilities:

• work with a scanner;

• order picking according to the invoice;

• preparation of orders for shipment to stores;

• receiving clothing goods;

• removing magnetic clips from clothing;

• quality control.

Training provided: No experience required, we'll teach everything!

​

Requirements:

• desire to learn and work;

• age from 18 to 55.

No language barriers: No experience in Polish language or work required!

Conditions:

• comfortable accommodation: 3-4 people per room (cost 550 zl/month), additional +2 zl to the rate for each worked hour. Families with children from eight years old are welcome!

• provide free bus to/from work for residents of our accommodation;

• medical insurance: we care about your health!

• assistance in native language: coordinators speak Ukrainian and Russian!

• contract type – umowa zlecenia (specific task agreement);

• assistance in obtaining a residence card (karta pobytu) and a voivodeship permit (zezwolenie wojewódzkie type A).

Work schedule:

• from 4 to 6 days a week, shifts of 8-12 hours, floating weekends;

• 200-280+ working hours per month.

Salary:

• favorable rate: 23.50 zl - 23.00 zl/hour net!

• students: 28.50 - 28.10 zl/hour net! Potential earnings up to 7200 zl net per month!

Increased rate under conditions:

1. No more than 2 absences during the month;

2. Time outside the process (excluding breaks) no more than 15 minutes per day;

3. Average productivity above 90%.

• bonuses from 100 to 1000 zl per month;

• guaranteed +1 zl to the rate after 8 months of work with us!;

• salary paid once a month;

• advances after the first week of work.

❗If you are under 26 years old and a student from Ukraine or Poland, you will need to provide confirmation (certificate) from the educational institution and a sworn translation into Polish, after which your rate will be 28.50 - 28.10 zl/hour net!
