POSITION: Warehouse worker (magazynier)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with a scanner
-
Order picking according to invoices
-
Preparing orders for shipment to stores
-
Receiving goods – clothing
-
Removing magnetic clips from clothing
-
Quality control
Training for all processes is provided on-site, no work experience or knowledge of Polish is required.

Age from 18 to 55
CONDITIONS:
-
Comfortable accommodation: 3-4 people per room (cost 550 zł/month), for your own accommodation, an additional +2 zł per hour worked.

Free transport to/from work for employees staying in our accommodation.

Medical insurance (NFZ). We care about your health!

Support from coordinators: Coordinators speak Russian and Ukrainian.

Contract type – umowa zlecenia.

Help with obtaining karty pobytu (residence permit) and zezwolenia wojewódzkiego (work permit type A).
PAYMENT:
-
25,00 zł - 24,50 zł/hour netto – standard rate

30,50 zł/hour netto – rate for students under 26 years old (up to 7200 zł/netto per month)

+2 zł to the rate for living in your own accommodation
-
+1 zł to the rate after 8 months of work

Advance: after 1 week of work

Bonuses from 100 to 1000 zł per month
Increased rate under the condition:
-
No more than 2 absences during the full month
-
Time outside the process (excluding breaks) is no more than 15 minutes/day

Average productivity above 90%
WORK SCHEDULE:

Shifts from 8 to 12 hours (depending on warehouse load)

From 4 to 6 days a week (depending on warehouse load)
-
200-280+ working hours per month
The schedule may change depending on warehouse load – from 4-6 days a week, from 8-12 hour shifts.
